The Sequalitchew Creek Trail is closed by order of the City. It experienced a washout overnight and into the early morning. The cause was a underground pipe that was to carry the ground water under the trail at the old steam station and into the canyon. However, whomever the property owner was used a perforated pipe for some insane reason.
